It’s safe to say that Google is sitting on top of incredibly rich data. I’m not simply referring to search either.
When you consider maps, email, images, videos, questions and answers, books, shopping, and so on, it’s hard to picture just how much data that really is.
One of the things that I really appreciate about Google as a service is the wide range of APIs that they make available. Honestly, I didn’t realize just how many really are available.
But then I stumbled across a slick presentation by Pamela Fox (who literally evangelizes Google’s API offerings):
Definitely cool, but a presentation only goes so far when it comes to reference. If you’re interested in all the various API’s provided by Google as well as tutorials and examples on how to use them, check out the exhaustive listing of all available Google API’s.
Now we gotta figure out how to take advantage of some of these ;).
