In other words, Eventbrights mobile checkin app lets you save a buttload of paper.
Nice!
I know that many ministries and non-profits use Eventbright for their event management, conferences, and more (which is a good thing – it’s a good service) but with the new mobile app it’s gotten even cooler.
This app creates a digital list of the attendees as they register and syncs with the web service and server so you can have multiple points of entry with multiple different handsets.
Here are some of the features:
- Log in with your Eventbrite user account
- Review orders for your event as they are placed
- Check in attendees at the event
- Sync attendee status across multiple devices
- Wirelessly updates attendance status in your Eventbrite charts and reports on Eventbrite.com
Pretty slick.
Best thing about it is that it’s free!
Let me know if you use it.

With this new app, I’m considering using this for child check-in at classroom doors. I can definitely see some draw backs, but the slick interface & speedy process is really attractive.
Any thoughts? Anyone have experience w/ the Eventbrite API?
