Because of all of the nuances that exist among web browsers, it’s a relatively common (and I’d even argue best) practice to include a reset.css file in your web project.
Arguably, Meyer’s reset has become the most popular option.
In order to treat the stylesheet as more of a SaaS, Adam Stacoviak has created a compass extension and Ruby gem both of which are available on GitHub.
