Ever get frustrated with forgetting all those sweet links that you see on Twitter? Or perhaps you’ve missed a few and you want to go back?
Here’s a neat service that can help you identify those links for future use: LinkChirp.
So far it does exactly as advertised but out of the box you’re going to need to add some tags and filters so that you’re not crowded instantly, especially if you are following a lot of people.

Refynr.com is another great tool for making sure that you don’t miss tweets (and Facebook posts) that you want to see.
Just give it a list of keywords that you are interested in and it will filter your Twitter stream accordingly. It will also email you a daily report of tweets that match your terms ….
