If you try to keep up on all things social media, you must have heard about Pinterest. This photo-driven social media network has hit gold for crafty females, people that love to look at puppies, and those who are always looking for a new recipe.

Creating image effects using CSS3 gives your web design a lot of flexibility and can save you a lot of time.
