We’ve covered Boinx a while back when we used it for Catalyst Backstage a few times and they’ve continued to update their product releasing it now into the Mac App Store here.
This app just simply gets it right in terms of a low-cost app for managing video and producing it for the web (or wherever else you want).

This is hilarious (and yet very functional).
