When it comes to art, many of us push pixels or pen paragraphs.
Still yet, there are those that wrangle digits and stroke with paint.
As great as the works of art that stem from these, I pause with awe when I find those artists that create using a medium that is just as creative as the creations themselves.
Take a look at what these two artists do with smoke and fire:
Jim Dingilian’s Smoke in a Bottle
Check out this amazing art by Jim Dingilian.
He adds a layer of soot inside of glass bottles, and then etches his art from the soot.
Absolutely, amazing:
While Jim Dingilian is etching with soot, Steven Spazuk is drawing with fire.
Steven Spazuk Drawing with Fire
Back in 2001, Steven Spazuk exposed a canvas to fire and played with the imprint of soot it left on the surface. Since then, he’s hardly used anything else to create his art.
Here’s how he does it!

Amazing stuff, right!?!
There’s nothing as beautiful as a medium bending to the will of an artist.
