It would appear from the video that the lesson is to turn off chat; but then again, that's just a video stream if there's no chat. The next obvious solution would be to have moderated questions instead of full blown chat.

Loved this! I saw Tony tweet it and had to blog it myself. The question I posed in my post was is the chat room area worshipful or is it more of a distraction? I think the video is hilarious by the way.
