There are plenty of nifty cooking apps, but you’re going to need to touch your iPad at some point and if you’re really into your cooking, that could be difficult.

I’m not real sure how much I would trust something like that. I would rather stick with something like the Hover Bar from Twelve South and mount from under a cabinet or something.

… Or the more frugal option: just put your iPad in a Ziploc bag. I’ve done it and it works great!
(Also great and cheap way to protect the iPad at the beach!)

Would you mind if we used the picture of the egg on the ipad for a little digital cookbook we are doing for a faculty member who is moving away? We would of course cite the source – do you know the name of the photographer? We could send you a copy of the the cookbook when we are done – it should be an excellent collection.
