Right when you thought the best time to drink coffee was all the time.
It turns out, all the time isn’t the best time.
I thought it was interesting to see how the time of day changed the effectiveness of caffeine, as I have personally noticed that caffeine doesn’t always effect me the same way. Mystery solved!
Take a look:
After seeing his coffee schedule, my Italian coffee drinking habits make more sense than my old American coffee drinking habits.
Is it time for a coffee break?
Thank you for this awesome info I <3 Coffee!

I seem to remember reading somewhere that our bodies also adjust to the times that we normally drink coffee. The body will actually start to resist the caffeine at these times and sort of build up a tolerance to it. Such as drinking a cup every morning at 6am. But if you were to move the times around that you drink your body will not resist is so much.
Now if only caffeine had an effect on MY body!

Looks like I need to change things up. Although my daily schedule starts at 4am.

And by changing it up, you mean MORE coffee — LOL! 😉
