How often do you notice product placement in television and film?
I seem to notice products more (or the lack thereof) when they’ve given something an imaginary label or do a lousy job hiding an Apple logo or Dell insignia on a laptop.

My favorite lousy apple logo cover up is in the Hulu+ ads. Seriously who holds an iPad like that (using one hand in the middle of landscape mode so your fingers just happen to cover the apple!)?! What’s even dumber is that they show an iPad with big apple logo at the end of the ad anyway!!!

Where was I for the iPad Nano circa 2005? I’m pretty sure that’s just an iPod Touch.

Conversely, they could have called the iPad the ‘iPod Touch Supersize’ 🙂
