The Center for Church Communication has just released a new ebook!
It’s called Church Communication Heroes and I am happy to say that it’s volume one. You know what that means?
We can look forward to more!
Edited by Church Market Sucks Editorial Director Kevin D. Hendricks, you’ll find all kinds of insight and inspiration from those Church communicators who have gone before us:
“Church Communication Heroes Volume 1 explores the stories of 15 heroes. There are familiar names that maybe weren’t considered communication mentors such as Martin Luther King Jr. and Joan of Arc. There are also lesser known saints such as Athanasius of Alexandria whose words are repeated 1,600 years after his death, and Pauli Murray, the poet, lawyer and priest who broke barriers decades before her time.”
Church Communication Heroes is a quick read, so here are a few suggestions I have for consuming the material and getting the most out of it:
- Read one hero story to start your work day—that’s 3 weeks!
- Share a story at your next meeting. Meetings are usual lame, so why not make the next one awesome.
- Go through the ebook with your communication/marketing team and/or church staff.
You get the idea.
Church Communication Heroes Volume 1 is available in several digital formats: Kindle | ePUB | PDF | Kobo | Nook | iBookstore
