I was signed-up, installed and grabbing screens within minutes.
TinyGrab 2.0 is really slick. You can create your own custom shortcuts for three grab options:
- Full Screen
- Selected Area
- Active Window
Once you’ve made your grab, TinyGrab 2.0 automatically uploads the file and places the short URL in your systems memory, so all you have to do is paste it!
TinyGrab 2.0 is also great for image files you want to share. The TinyGrab app allows you to easily upload files.
If you don’t want to use the unlimited TinyGrab storage space, you can customize where TinyGrab dumps your images and screenshots:
- FTP
- SFTP
- MobileMe
- Amazon S3
- Rackspace
TinyGrab 2.0 also has an interesting Custom Domain / URL option:
Use your own custom domains for short URLs with a TinyGrab 2.0 Pro subscription! You can now get really short URLs with your own domain and use the TinyGrab hosting service to serve up your grabs! In addition you can also use TinyGrab as a link shortener through the Online Control Panel.
The TinyGrab 2.0 Control Panel is really nice, too. Some of the other image sharers I’ve used on Twitter, really lacks any kind of organization. They feel like a one -time-use tool, whereas TinyGrab lets you organize, file, and add tags for easy searching.
TinyGrab is free, easy to use, and is worth giving it a look.
I’ll be using this for image shares and screen grab shares for sure! I’ve been playing around with it quite a bit, and I really like how this works. I’ve been looking for something like this (for free) for quite some time, so yeah, I’m pretty psyched!

Free?
That’s all it took man

Does it also give you the option to paste the actual image, not jus a link?
Eric Dye says
Nope. It’s all about uploading it and giving you a link to share. If it did that, I could eliminate one of my screen grab tools, which would be nice.
