I had the pleasure of waking up early this morning and watching Hillsong Church BETA test LAUNCH their new online campus (powered by ChurchOnline, LifeChurch.tv’s platform) as well as their use of the new not-yet-released ChurchAnalytics platform.
There were a few “bumps” in the launch as a few people complained about the video not loading propertly but overall it seemed to go well. People loved it, and a few passionate followers of Hillsong were very vocal about how neat this next step in Hillsong’s strategy is being executed.
Take a look at a few of the screenshots captured of the test as well as a video (removed for privacy) of ChurchAnalytics in action:

That is SICK! LifeChurch.tv has proven again that they are Kingdom focused. We’ll be trying the platform out as soon as it opens to the public, for sure.

Dropped in on the service for a while. Good looking set up.
Not sure what I think about whether looking at streams of videos recorded months ago is church just because there are other people watching the same video at the same time.

Hi Joanna,
Daniel here from Hillsong Church. While we are aiming to have live streaming of our services it is just not possible at the moment. We could of waited until we could but we decided to launch now and start connecting with people. I can assure you though that the message Pastor Brian spoke was the Sunday’s before. In Australia Fathers Day is the first weekend in September.

This is pretty cool. I got to see it the other night. Sadly Im pretty sure the worship was just the live DVD playback…
