One of the major advantages of Firefox and Chrome is not just the quality of the browsers (though they are high!), but the ecosystem of add-ons and extensions available.
The number of extensions available for Safari is growing and there are a number available of good use and some even for saving time.
TabLinks
For anyone that’s done an extensive amount of blogging – especially those that contain links to a variety of sources – TabLinks is a great extension.
Quite simply, the extension will take all open tabs and then convert them into a list of links for use in pasting them into your own blog post.
AutoPagerize
One of the more annoying things about browsing the web is having to navigate an article that spread across a number of pages.
AutoPagerize is a simple extension but mitigates the need to page through articles. Instead, the extension will load all associated pages for reading on the current page.
Add-To-Reader
For many of us, Google Reader is our choice when it comes to managing all of subscriptions on the Internet. Perhaps the only cumbersome aspect of the application is adding new subscriptions.
Add-To-Reader cuts out that middle step by automatically adding the given page to your Reader subscriptions.
Solid extensions, huh? It will be cool to see the Safari extension library grow a bit more.

One of my favourite Safari extensions is Shortly … I use it all the time to short URL’s to post into Twitter.
