Church Website Survey 2013 Preview
How can we make church websites more engaging? How can web based tools be more effective and efficient? What’s slowing down and holding back churches online?
I’m a UK based Computer Science student, wanting to help churches who sometimes don’t know how they can be helped. I’ve seen situations where people are burdened with administration tasks that a computer can do much better but they were unaware that there are solutions out there.
Often game changing ideas don’t come out of thin air but as a solution to the problem. I am in the process of putting together a survey to collect information on how we use church websites and give developers, content makers, church leaders the basis on which we can build better things for our churches. It’s to help uncover problems, so that people can help solve them.

The hope is that we can give you guys some great insight into some useful tools that we already are using in the day to day.
Here is what is in my bag in the photo above from the top-left to the bottom-right:

Wikipad Gaming Tablet Set to Hit Stores
I have a birthday in February. I do Christmas, Easter and even Kwanzaa. In fact, I celebrate something 365 days of the year — and sometimes 366 — on a rolling basis.
I say all that to say this:
If you appreciate me, you can get me the Wikipad Gaming Tablet any day of the year, and I won’t complain it being given to me on non-special day.
Ever.
Thing is, I don’t even game a lot. Well, not outside games I review. But, how can one not when they see this device? It packs enough to be a good Android tablet on its own, with its 7-inch screen, buff Tegra 3 processor, front facing camera, expandable memory, HDMI functionality and onboard GPS.
