I casually asked about WWDC at the beginning of this episode of the ChurchMag Podcast, and before I knew it, the topic of WWDC turned WWF as Jeremy and KC went round and round.
Phil and I tried our best to inject some humor to lighten the moment, but it was the mention of Ubuntu that saved the day.
I painfully present to, the sixth episode in our second series of ChurchMag podcasts:

It’s because of awesome partners like this that make the ChurchMag Podcast possible. If you’re looking for a ChCMS for your church, I highly recommend Church Community Builder. If you would like a little insight to who they are, we talked with Steve Caton from Church Community Builder a while back — give it a listen!

Thanks guys, you’re so awesome, hey, insulting Linux users?
For your information, I use Linux because it GETS THINGS DONE. I’m sorry, neither Mac OS X or Windows lives up to the actual functionality of a Linux distro.

Might I say that this is the reason I don’t really frequent ChurchM.ag anymore? It’s mostly a bunch of Apple fanboys, and as soon as I mention Linux or open source, I get booed out the window.
Yeah, yet again you prove me right.
Eric Dye says
Categorically untrue. While the title of this podcast includes in the title WWDC (maybe WWF would have been more appropriate), the entire conversation was based on the premises of criticizing Apple (except maybe KC), not fanboying it.
As for being booed out the window, you are dead wrong, Sir.
KC says
Raoul, why don’t you write some Linux or Ubuntu articles for ChurchMag?
Raoul Snyman says
And, by the way, it’s “oo-boon-too”.
Eric Dye says
Thank you. 🙂 I say THAT wrong, as well as ‘meme’ and others – LOL!
Eric Dye says
Raoul, any comments regarding Linux were in good humor. Some of the most intelligent people I know use it!
Michael Beil says
Raul, Linux is welcome. Strike up a convo and the guys will chat.
