I like creativity, creative people, and creative web apps. I think that they, beyond doing neat things, challenge the way we see things, which can be a healthy exercise occasionally.
That’s why Red Letter Days, a simple iPhone App that only shows Christ’s words as found in the bible (“Red lettering”) is fascinating to me, and could be an encouragement to a lot of people.
I love new ways to approach and read the Scriptures; it’s one of the few areas that I can really rejoice in. Although one may be critical of the “consumer mentality” of choice when it comes to reading the Word, here’s my bottom line: At least they’re reading it!
Better than not reading it, right?
