YouVersion announced today that new updates to the iPhone and iPad are on their way and that you can expect things like better search and the use of the retina-display (which I can only imagine is going to make it look gorgeous).

Syncing bookmarks between the device and the web and updates to journals and contributions as well.

With 12 channels, it’s a walkie talkie for your iPhone!

I think I should get it for our team. That would be awesome!

As someone who is constantly in different places with different devices it is absolutely critical that I use cloud computing and applications that are always in-sync.

One area that’s been pretty weak is note taking. Perhaps this app will fix that for me:

Let me first open up and tell you that this particular application is bad.

So, why would we report on it if it executes poorly? Because we want you to dream with us for a better one, and let you know that people are trying to figure out (desperately) how to manage multiple blogs into one interface and experience.

This app, BlogPress, tried to do it well via your mobile device, but doesn’t deliver. Here’s a video of it in action:

Reeder, a phenomenal app for both the iPhone and iPad is coming to the Mac in Desktop form.

I think I’m in love.

I’ve already purchased the app for both devices and apparently they’re going for the trifecta.

Might as well, right? When you’ve got something good go ahead and iterate it again, and again, and again…
