Considering the future of Adobe apps for Windows and now Sprout by HP, the future of computing is looking very curious.
Apple has had a history of ruling the day on creative computing, but after seeing this video of Sprout technology from HP, there are new frontiers that are still left to be discovered.
Just look at this:

I know, I know…HP’s design is ridiculously designed like an iMac, but stay focused. If Windows 10 can be as good as Microsoft is hoping and new hardware like this can be refined before Apple or Google does, this could be a serious game changer in the PC market.
There hasn’t been a big tech splash since the tablet and it feels like we’re due for something new. Is this it? Or is it wearable tech?
It feels like the competition between Windows and Apple has died down, but as Apple moves forward with new leadership, Google becomes stronger, and new technologies like this begin to emerge, it seems like the marketplace is waiting to see who can execute this hands-free, Kinect style computing tech the best.

‘Sprout’ looks really interesting. I’d like to see it in “real life.” But after the webOS betrayal/fiasco of 2011 (yes, I was a webOS fanboy from beginning to end), I personally won’t buy anything HP. I can hold a pretty mean grudge if I want to. :-p

I get that. I think something liked ‘Sprout’ would be stronger if it was more integrated in an OS—OS X or Windows—instead of JUST HP, as you’ve pointed out…
