From Excellerate:
Excellerate is a complete church management system specifically designed for churches with small groups. Small groups are extremely effective at reaching and discipling many people, but as Proverbs 27:23 tells us, “Be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds.”
We are responsible for knowing how our people are doing. God has entrusted them to us, and we must be good stewards. Excellerate helps you do just that by tracking all of their information, plus it has the advanced tools to help ensure your small groups are successful.
Features:
- Member Tracking: Imagine, everything you need to know about the people you minister to, in one common location. Have you been frustrated because your contact information is over here, class attendance lost in a filing cabinet, and small group information in a spreadsheet on someone’s laptop?
- Small Groups: Churches everywhere have discovered that small groups or cell groups are so effective at reaching and discipling more people. But, the church needs better software for managing and monitoring those groups to ensure their success. From the beginning, Excellerate was designed with advanced tools for managing all types of small groups.
- Develop New Leaders: One key indicator of a successful church is that they are developing new leaders. You may have a leadership development track in place to train your members to become leaders, but keeping track of all of the classes and events can be a nightmare.
- Retain More Visitors: Contacting new visitors within 24 hours greatly increases the chance of retaining them. Excellerate’s follow-up system allows you to email visitor contact information to your leaders/connectors so they can contact the new visitors as soon as possible.
- Web Integration: Stop wasting valuable staff time keeping up with paper forms and re-entering information that could be entered directly over the web. Excellerate easily integrates with your church website providing new pages for visitor followup tracking, small group reporting, and member information updating.
- Completely Customizable: Every church is unique and shouldn’t have to conform to rigid church management software. Excellerate is extremely customizable so that it supports and enhances how you do church. It’s almost like having software custom designed specifically for your church. You can customize your structure, pick lists, views and reports.
Services:
- Training: While Excellerate has been praised as very intuitive and easy to use, sometimes it is nice to have individual training or consulting. We provide this service to our customers either on-site, or in our offices in Memphis TN, or over the internet with our remote training.
- Data Conversion: Most churches already have a database or church management program that already contains their member information. So it is important to be able to import or convert that data into Excellerate so that it does not need to be re-entered by hand.
- Support Plan: Excellerate is committed to providing better-than-expected technical support. We realize that every church is different, so our support team goes the extra mile in helping you get the information and analysis you need from Excellerate.
- Custom Development: Every church is different, and ministers to people in different ways. Excellerate is very flexible and designed to support your uniqueness, not suffocate it. Our desire is to help your church become more effective in those unique ways.

This is late, but I just came across this post. The website is http://www.excellerate.com and they are currently revamping the graphics for their program. They are doing beta tests on the new release and the new interface looks great! They also have a pricing page on their website that lays out all the details and costs of the different packages. It even allows you to play around with the hardware you may want and total it out. We use the Excellerate management software and the Check-In System at our church and it really is a great program. They let you try a free full-version of the program too but it only allows you to put in 50 members. If you’re looking for a great software you should definitely look into them.
