Check out this new app for your iPhone: Moves.
I’ve enjoyed other apps like Strava or Mapmyrun, but nothing quite captures all my steps throughout the day until now!
Moves will track each step you take as you take it, and will follow you where you go during your day.
Now instead of having to remember each time to turn on Strava and then turn off Strava when I go for a run or a ride, Moves does it for me! It knows that if I’m traveling at around 12-15mph that I’m cycling.
This app has really helped me to focus on my exercise/walking much like a food diary helps with meals. It makes me think about going for a run or a ride, to then record it at the end of the day!
