With Christmas right around the corner and deadlines quickly approaching, I thought I would share this gem from Fair Oaks Church. As they parody that incredibly long and unfruitful Christmas Planning Meeting that none of us want to admit that we’ve led or been a part of, be encouraged that the meeting you were in is not this bad.
Although I recall seeing a similar video elsewhere on the interwebs in the past, I love the extra effort they put into showing clips of what the pitched ideas would look like.

Personally, the idea of lead pastors dancing to music that they don’t normally listen to always gets me in the mood to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
