We constantly preach on here that the most important part of content creation is not the hacks, it’s not manipulating your way to the top, and it’s not about “getting it right.” The best thing you can do for your creations and ministry is to focus on the quality of your work and to just put it out there. Quality unfortunately demands time.
The video I’m sharing with you below hits this point really well for creatives. I’d actually encourage you to share this with leadership or your elder committee at your church to show them the importance of what it means to have quality.
Honestly, the same goes for a budget, the number and training of volunteers, visibility given at the front of the stage, and support for the ministry when no one else is looking.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
