Email outreach. One of the most coveted spaces for consumers and most profitable for businesses and ministries.
But it is also what most people do not spend enough time cultivating and therefore give themselves and their brand a bad rap. Think about how many people have burned you with newsletter sign-ups and then spammed you or given you repeated useless stuff… not cool.
I hope this infographic after the jump helps with that.

If you want to do great email outreach, try these three tips from the infographic below:
- One would think this does not need to be said, but I know when I did email marketing, I had to be told to do it: proofread and test your email campaigns before you send them out. If you are like me, have a person do this for you!
- The time of day is important and unless you are internationally renown, you do have a time frame to shoot for in only a select range of time zones. Best times are 8am to 6pm, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
- The greatest piece of a newsletter is the content, but a subject line is almost like the gatekeeper to that content. You need to make sure you put more than 10 seconds into your email’s subject line.
