It didn’t take long after switching to WP Engine to know that it was a smart move for ChurchMag, but after we had a blog post go viral, we really knew WP Engine was the web hosting solution for us.
Despite what I’ve recently read online, I have found their customer service to be top notch, and they are regularly updating their product and services.
When I first started using there web hosting for ChurchMag over a year ago, they were pretty rough around the edges. But in the past year or so, they’ve done a lot to up their game. If your web hosting company isn’t always moving forward, then it’s falling behind.
Happy Birthday!
This month WP Engine is celebrating their 4th anniversary by giving pre-paid annual plan sign-ups four months free! That’s about 30% off — not too shabby. It’s their birthday and they’re handing out the gifts. 😀 Like I mentioned at the beginning, WP Engine has undergone a little heat recently. While I have not found there to be anything unusual going on with ChurchMag, they’ve been really upfront about what goes on ‘behind the servers’:
I appreciate this kind transparency and ownership of their services. They aim to be the best managed WordPress hosting company and they are doing an incredible job. I don’t believe any web host is bulletproof, but if WP Engine continues on improving their servers and services like they have been these past four years, you can guarantee ChurchMag will still be hosted by WP Engine in another four years.
