So far I’m not impressed.

TechCrunch Reviews the Chrome Notebook: CR-48
We wrote a little while back of the availability of the new Chrome OS and the pilot program that’s been released (have you signed up yet?) and I haven’t gotten mine yet (fat chance, right?), but others obviously have.

Bellevue
Description:
Bellevue is different from the other CMS applications geared toward churches. It is an open source, web-based application for managing your church: its members, visitors, organizations, attendance, contacts, and contributions. Since bvcms is open source it is both free (except for your development cost) and open in its source code (you can edit, expand, revise, or entirely rewrite the software from the source code).
On the other hand, that means your church must be prepared with the technical resources to manage and support such a system.

Stop Hotlinking Images with this WordPress Plugin
Hotlinking is the fine art of stealing bandwidth from unsuspecting bloggers by linking content and media (images mostly) directly. This is a common practice among bandwidth thieves that it’s probably happening to you and you don’t even know it!
Well, if you use WordPress there’s a plugin to protect you! You can download WordPress Automatic Image Hotlink Protection and be safe and sound.
Sweet. Done and done.
