Raising funds for your ministry can be hard. There are a lot of contacts to keep track of, you need to remember to write letters and thank you notes to your current supporters, and as you gain more and more support, it can become very hard to keep track of. Enter TntMPD.
TntMPD can do many things, to help make Ministry Partner Development (MPD) more enjoyable. Just a few things it can do include maintaining contact information with space for multiple addresses and phone numbers, customizable greetings to make printing prayer letters easier, and personal information like birthdays, anniversaries, even pictures (which is helpful if you have problems putting together names and faces). In addition, if your organization uses TntMPD, you can often track the donations you receive through TntMPD, and if your organization doesn’t use it yet, the tools are available online for them to set it up so you can track your giving. Finally what might be one of the most useful features is that it can track tasks, like when you need to send letters, or when you have appointments; you can mark tasks as complete when you finish them, and then it will often ask you about the usual next step in the progression of your relationship with potential donors.
TntMPD has been shown to save the average missionary almost a day every month that would be spent on MPD busy work, which means more time for Ministry, and less time niggling with details. What’s more, TntMPD is easy to use on multiple computers using SugarSync or Dropbox. All you have to do is leave your TntMPD database in a folder that is synced across multiple computers, and it will always be there, ready when you need it. Last year we even got it to work on Macs, and now it is downloadable and supported on the TntMPD website!
If you want to try it out, you are in good company. TntMPD is used by over 100 organizations that we know of, including Pioneers, Navigators, Wycliffe Bible Translators, Youth for Christ, Campus Crusade for Christ, and many other organizations.
