Facebook isn’t the only social network employers are looking at when making hiring choices.
The number one social network employers are using for job recruitment is LinkedIn. For the most part, I can’t stand the platform; but it has proven itself to be a huge resource for companies of all sorts.
It’s amazing to consider how much hiring techniques have evolved in just the last 5-10 years, as social media plays an important role.

These numbers are pretty profound. Not only should you take great care in your social media profiles, but if you’re in a position of hiring, social media is a resource that should not be overlooked!
