A few weeks ago, Posterous released an app for Android. The reviews have been mixed, but let me tell you what I really dig about it. I can finally “tweet” high definition videos taken on my HTC Incredible.
You hit the file size limit pretty quickly if you are using the native Android gmail app to email a post to Posterous. So without this app you have one of 2 options. You can change the video camcorder setting to capture video at standard definition (yuck) or you share the high definition video with Dropbox and then wait until you get back to your desktop and email it to Posterous from there, assuming I remembered to do it.
But not anymore! If I upload an HD video via the Posterous Mobile app, it will auto-post to Facebook and Twitter.
