What are your favorite WordPress plugins?
The kind of plugins you can’t live without or those that make your WordPress life easier?
This list of 20 of the most popular WordPress plugins is interesting. Some of these I would never install, some I nod my head in agreement, while others I should go take a look at!
What would you add to this list?

I see some new plugins I’ll need to check out as well. Which ones are your favorite out of this list? And just out of curiosity: which ones would you never install? I know the broken link checker works well, but it also slows down your site considerably, so I had to remove it.

It depends on several different things, but Broken Link Checker is one to always avoid. Some of these are redundant depending on what theme or plugins you are already running, while there are a few that might not be good choices in the long run (looking at you Shortcodes Ultimate).
My favorite would probably be Yoast and the premium version of Soiloquy is my go-to for slides. 🙂

Hey Eric,
I really enjoyed reading you article. This is great plugin list. Thank you for sharing.
My favorite is Yoast SEO and dropbox. As for contact form, I like WPForms Lite. You should give it a try:
