Tokbox has recently gone under the knife and recovered to provide a number of features that’ll make you smile, some of which we’ve suggested previously! It’s great to see web services that really take into account the user’s/community’s opinion.
Micky O’Brien, one of the marketing managers, and I tried to connect a number of times so that I could get an advance preview but apparently I’m really busy (Sorry Micky!). But it looks great Micky, so hats off to you guys!
Some of the improvements:
- Redesigned Conference features with ability to resize individual videos and shuffle order.
- Better mic and mute features to make the overall experience better.
- Better flow in terms of starting your video chat (gives you chance now to “tidy up” instead of booting you right into the experience).
- Improved mail recording features…
- And more!

Thanks so much for creating such a great service. I use it the most for the video mail. I everynow and then catch my little one doing something cute so I will record it and send to family who are hundreds of miles away. I know it is something that I will grow with. Thanks for having an open ear. Although I cant think of any complaints. Thanks.
