It’s safe to say that Tim Tebow has captured the attention of hard core and casual football fans alike. An average of nearly 42 million people watched the game between the Denver Broncos and the Pittsburgh Steelers the highest rating for an AFC wild card game in 24 years.
Tebow’s winning touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas 11 seconds into overtime provided a thrilling finish to a very exciting game.

How many of you remember and/or played Tecmo Bowl?
I remember the ‘house rule’ in the 1991 game that said you could not use Bo Jackson because he simply could not be stopped. It was a classic game.
Well, somebody went ahead and re-enacted the Tebow/Thomas play within Tecmo Bowl, complete with the call:

That’s pretty awesome. I wish they had used the NES version instead (that appears to be Super NES), but it’s way cool nonetheless!

That is pretty awesome. It’s great to see the kind of witness that Tim Tebow is in the way he plays the game. Did everyone see the video of when they mic’d him up during the game against the bears? Here’s a link if you want to watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grM2sb7VYSs

Dude, so awesome. Although I preferred the Montana to Rice from shotgun play over Bo Jackson.
