One of the Google Doc’s strong-suits is collaboration.
Any document you’re using in Google Docs, can easily be shared.
That same ease and convenience has now been brought to Google Docs with the latest update for mobile browsers. Google has taken another step in bringing the same functionality you find in a full browser experience, to your mobile.
Here’s how you do it:
Mobile Google Docs – Sharing
First, go to docs.google.com from your supported mobile device’s browser. Use “Sort” to see the list of docs visible in your mobile browser, or press “Narrow” to specifically look at a subset of documents you would like to view.
Simply select one or more docs from the list provided and press “Share.”
This will give you three different options, just as it does from your desktop:
- Share
Start corroborating on a document with those you share it with! - Get the link to share.
Share via URL. - Email as attachment.
Nicely bundle-up the document to send via email.
The lines between mobile and desktop apps seem to be getting increasingly blurry.
Do you use Google Docs on your mobile device?
