This infographic, below, talks about the growing phenomenon of selfies. For those of you who don’t know, “selfies” are what you would call a photo that is taken of yourself and posted on your own social network. Those networks would include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others, sometimes even notated as a selfie by using a hashtag (#selfie).
Are these self-centered?

I don’t think so.
As I follow friends and family, I love seeing selfies! I am, after all, following them and it’s nice to see a picture of the person I am following and not just photos of what they’re seeing.
