Before we dive into this week’s Saturday Sunday Share let me first say, I am loving James Cooper‘s selection of using Ukulele’s for the Saturday Sunday Share, right now. I’ll certainly be picking everyone’s brain when it’s time to switch it up again!
Now, let’s take a quick look at last week’s Saturday Sunday Share’s:
- Frank Gantz – shared his favorite SSS from the past year!
- Paul Clifford – shared his love of SSS and info on some cool work ahead!
- James Cooper – shared some exciting news about one of his clients!
Let’s make this next year of Saturday Sunday Share even more awesome than last year!
Remember, if it’s a category on ChurchMag, you can share it. If you’re new to Saturday Sunday Share, take a look at some previous posts to get a feel for it. It’s really simple.
Let’s see some love!

Wow, that is a very cool ukulele!
This week I got pretty busy working on my main blog, http://www.joannamuses.com/. I redid the header, colour-scheme and layout because what I had was a bit too cluttered and a bit too blandly coloured. I’ve still got a bit of tinkering to do. I also posted some thoughts on some things it would have been helpful to know as a young Christian and a review of Matt Chandler’s new book.

Very nice! 🙂

Ukulele ftw :).
So, I’ve been very busy last two weeks (final examinations, master’s degree aplication tests), but thanks God, everything went great (thanks for prayers ,) and now I have a “Bc.” abbrevation (as Bechelor) in front of my name and I’m accepted for Master’s degree (Applied Informatics).
Another thing that cheered me up was, that Andy Hunter is going to release new EP and I’m looking forward to listen it. 🙂
Eric Dye says
Busy, indeed!

Let’s see, Church Video Summer School: June is available for kindle (and hit the store about the same time as the last post it contained hit my blog; love scheduled posts) at http://bit.ly/cvssjune.
The video podcast for Church Video Summer School is up at http://trinitydigitalmedia.com/cvssvid.xml. It’s 1080p so that’s fun. Everything I’ve done is live in its own playlist on my youtube channel (http://youtube.com/sempei13).
I got a draft of the theme for the local church done. There are more tweaks, but I built it as a child theme on top of a responsive parent theme, so it generally looks good on all devices (win!).
It looks like I’m about to be in charge of publicizing self-published authors at a new publishing company, but I hope to do that freelance.
We’re still in a tight place from my wife’s unemployment, but she’s employed now and I’ve got checks headed this way. There’s light at the end of that tunnel. We’ll see how it goes from here.
Everyone who wants to write needs to know that the more you write, the easier it gets. I sometimes blog two times a day and it’s not hard anymore.

Great stuff, Paul! Keep it up!

This week I have mainly been waiting for Standard 3 to be released!!!!!! 🙂
I actually took most of the week off, just doing some odd work. Nice to have some down time. But on Friday, the client I mentioned last week in Parliament, helped make the UK news again with the report into bank mis-selling being released in the UK: http://news.sky.com/story/953921/watchdog-hunts-banks-over-business-victims I think that story isn’t going to go away any time soon…
Eric Dye says
No, I don’t think it will go away anytime soon.
How do you like Standard 3?

Weekends are getting far too busy for me… I never even switched on my computer on Sunday – which is the day I usually post on here (cause the post only comes late on a Saturday for me).
This past week I was dealing with the release of OpenLP 1.9.10 on Sunday[0], and then the organisation of what comes next after that. Part of that was fixing the FreeBSD 9.0 port[1][2][3][4][5].
