I have written extensively about my love for notebooks, so much so that I don’t even feel the need to mention, though I just did. Let’s just sum this up like this: Phil loves notebooks.
Thus, in keeping with my passion for paper, I submit to you, for your consideration, the Rekonect.
THE FUTURE IS HERE!
I’m sure you’re wondering how this thing works. Apparently, the pages are coated with a magic—sorry, magnetic—paint that is drawn to a powerful but tech-safe magnet in the binding of the notebook.
The notebook holds 120 pages or 60 sheets, which come in lined, graph, dotted, or blank paper.Additional packets of paper will eventually be sold in packs of 240 pages, 120 sheets.
The best feature might be the fact that it will be even harder to lose a pen. Not impossible, though, as I’m really gifted in this area.
And I love the fact that the paper can be pulled out for easier writing, printing—in case, like me, you’d like a perfectly printed table that you can fill in by hand—and, truly, so much more. This concept is so crazy that it will rewrite the rules of using an analog notebook, and that fact could really bring some serious 21st century innovation to an old bit of technology.
So, there you go, gentle reader, the notebook of tomorrow…today!
And incidentally, if you want to know what to get me for Christmas…;)
If you’d like to simply support the Rekonect Kickstarter or get one for yourself, act fast! You’ve only got a few days left!

All I can say is, “WHERE AS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE!!!!” I thought Circa notebooks were awesome. But this tops the cake of the notebook world. I can’t wait until spring. The beauty is I can have lined, blank, and graphed paper in one notebook!!! I just…. cant….. no words!
