One of the things that I like most about the Ruby community is that developers tend to encourage one another in the Ruby way.
That is to say that although there are a number of ways to achieve any given task in the Ruby language, there is usually a more correct way of doing something.
This philosophy is generally pulled through into associated frameworks such as Rails, too.
Railscasts is a tremendous resource for those of you that are looking to get started with Ruby on Rails or are looking for how to a achieve a certain task in Rails.
Each week, Ryan Bates publishes a new screencast and also makes it available on ASCIICasts for those that learn better by reading.
I’ve used (and continue to use) this site – definitely one of the best resources out there.
