It’s amazing to think that not many years ago, social media didn’t even exist. Shuttle forward just a few years and life without social media seems crazy.
Try telling people you’re not on Facebook and you’ll get your share of eye-rolls and sideways looks.
But what if you knew social media wasn’t good for you?
