Collaborating between pastors, worship leaders, sound technicians and volunteers has never been this easy.
Proclaim is for your whole Church campus, so you can use Proclaim in any service or classroom, Mac and PC, with an ‘On Air’ license.
Take a look at Proclaim (and how to enter the Proclaim iPhone 4s giveaway!)
Proclaim

Proclaim is simple:
- One shared solution for multiple users.
- Upload your own backgrounds, images and videos you already have.
- Save presentations and templates for future use, and edit from any computer.
- Proclaim is “presentation perfect.”
Proclaim is collaborative:
- Anyone can add content and prepare presentations from any computer.
- Receive images, quotes and Bible references straight from Logos 4.
- Worship team members can check and see which songs are planned for future services.
- The Proclaim ‘On Air’ subscription gives access to new features as they’re made available for the whole team.
Proclaim is slick!
Forget about how you’re going to get song lyrics from your CCLI Songselect account.
Proclaim interfaces with your CCLI Songselect account and will soon import your order of service from Planning Center Online. With live internet at your venue, Proclaim signals allow you to send scriptures and donation requests to mobile devices in your congregation.
Yeah.
You read it right:
Proclaim signals allow you to send scriptures and donation requests to mobile devices in your congregation.
I’m really liking this.
- Pull your CCLI Song Select account song lyrics without leaving the Proclaim app.
- Send information out to the mobile devices in your congregation as each slide gives you the opportunity to set a quote or scripture to push out to phones in the audience.
- Also, send out donation requests to mobile devices.
- Proclaim’s “Smart Media” eliminates the need for slide editing. Enter your Church name once, Proclaim takes care of the rest.
Have you seen a presentation app this dynamic and robust?
If you have, please, let me know.

Jonathan Mould says
Having tried the beta, it’s certainly slick but is it a bit pricey for smaller churches i.e. less than 200 members?
Jason Whatley says
Beta tester here (Eastern Shore Christian Center – Daphne, AL)—
With ProPresenter costing $800 and upgrades to future versions at $200 a pop, I have no problem paying for the interactivity. My sound and a/v people love that they can all collaborate during the week on service media. It’s simplified our process immensely and has given my A/V team extra time to really step up what we’re doing.
I think it’s especially well suited for small congregations because you don’t have the full-time staff to handle these things at the church during the week, your volunteers can do it from home. I love it!
Eric Dye says
I don’t think $20 per month is bad at all.
Paul says
Interesting. It looks pretty good. Too bad they don’t give very much information on their site. There’s absolutely nothing (that I could find) on which graphics/video formats are supported. I wouldn’t even demo it until I saw that.
Eric Dye says
I’m sure it supports major video formats at the LEAST.
I dare you to demo it.
Rich Kirkpatrick says
The collaboration and cloud features solve so many issues with multiple users being able to create and edit the presentation. Also, having a scaled pricing and monthly option is great news for smaller churches who could never afford any other program with so many features. The fact that youth groups to worship centers can work together and that machines now become interchangeable means flexibility. This tech is where the future is heading.
Eric Dye says
Absolutely.
Janna Orlikowski says
Our church has three campuses. Would each campus have to purchase its own license based on individual size, or would the church buy one license based on total size?
Eric Dye says
It should be one license based on total size.
Jeff says
I’ve been checking out Proclaim lately, it’s already amazing and it’s just the beginning of many more features that are coming out.
Eric Dye says
Sweet!
