What WordPress plugin are you using for SEO and social media?
Chances are, you are using one of these top ten plugins—and if you’re not—you may want to reconsider.
See how these rank and tell me which ones you like to use.
I was surprised to see Yoast in second place for SEO. It’s top-notch and even comes in some premium plugin flavors for those who need/want more options. Whereas with social media sharing plugins, the field is WIDE open and really depends on what WordPress users need to get out of it, beyond a social sharing icon.

My issue with some social media plugins is that they automatically show external content in their ‘related posts’ part. And that content isn’t always suitable for my blog (I’m putting it mildly here). I’ve had to stop using some because I couldn’t disable that – which is stupid. Also, I’ve become somewhat reluctant to try new plugins because they’ve caused issues in the past with my blog’s performance. That’s always something to keep in mind, for instance the extra loading time they take or they interact with other plugins.

Yes, I’ve seen these. That’s why ChurchMag only provides it’s OWN content. 😀
