I thought that wordpress doesn’t support grandchild themes? How does it work with Genesis?

I think you’re right, Eric. I’ve heard rumors of that changing one day, but they’re just rumors. As you said, Genesis runs much different than the usual WordPress theme. So, if you keep your child theme modifications together, and you need to update your child theme, you can easily copy and paste your changes from one updated child theme to the other. But, I’ve found that child themes are not updated very often, as the core of what needs updating is the Genesis Framework itself. I’ve found Genesis to be the easiest theme to update when I’ve made a lot of modifications. Does that make sense?
