There are plenty of solid tools and more and more Churches and organizations are realizing that online giving is fast becoming more of a requirement than an option.

Both.
When you’re building a donor base, use online tools to bolster and enhance what you are already doing offline. At this stage of the game, online giving shouldn’t be your primary means of fundraising and donation collecting. If you‘re only spinning online donations, you may want to rethink your strategy.
