I’m a big fan of planners and notebooks, and in fact, I’ve got a review of one coming soon. I’m such a fan that I even made a digital planner template for Evernote.
But times change and Evernote gets stupid, thus, I’m left looking for a new way to get organized. Plus, I’ve got a few students who could use some organizational help, so it seemed like a good time to create a new planner template.
What you see here is a printable weekly planner. It fits nicely for a sheet of Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches) and is designed to be folded booklet style. (Make sure you know your printer. Double-sided book folding can be confusing and may require a “flip” to make it work correctly.) It should be able to fit inside of a notebook, sketchbook, Bible, book, or even inside a tablet case.
To be honest, this isn’t the greatest planner, but hopefully, you’ll be able to use it to create some good habits and then figure out what your specific organizational/planner needs truly are. If nothing else, maybe this can tide you over until you find a planner that you love.
To that end, I’m giving you a PDF that should be easily printed, but this template is open source! I’m also giving you the editable file. Fair warning: this planner was designed in Pages, but I’ve exported it into Word, you’ll have to see if it works out.
