Over a span of 3 to 5 years, I have been the proud and happy owner of an iPhone. I owned an iPhone 4, 5, and now 6.
But, lately, I have been noticing something.
There’s a whole world out there full of great smartphones and operating systems that are just as pleasing (if not more) as the iOS. And sometimes, as far as technology goes, you just get tired of the “same ‘ole thing.”
With that, here are my 3 reasons as to why I will likely leave the iPhone universe once I’ve got my fill of the iPhone 6:
The Experience of Other Brands
While I’ll probably get a LOT of hate for this please hear me out…
Sometimes, you just get tired of the same ‘ole thing. The iPhone hasn’t really changed all too much in my opinion. Some cool little features were added and that’s great and all. But sometimes it is just nice to be able to say, “Hey, I experienced using something new and useful.”
The End of Awe
The excitement is sort of gone for me with regards to the iPhone. Again, I do enjoy using one, but when you’ve been using the same product that hasn’t really changed all that much over a course of a few years it kind of get’s old.
Perhaps my excitement for the iPhone is sort of fading and that’s probably okay. That only means that I have the opportunity to diversify and commit to other technological pursuits when it comes to smartphones.
For The Use
I use my iPhone quite a bit, but, it doesn’t necessarily add or take away all that much from the work I do or my creative experience.
In other words, I can manage without an iPhone perfectly fine.
For now at least.
In the meantime, I still need my iPhone 6 because it serves a purpose for now.
How about you?
What has your experience been like?
