After that, I purchased my first iPhone. What a revolutionary device it was, and still is. The build quality and style are spectacular. And all of this is thanks to a man named Steve Jobs. A man who changed the face of technology forever. He will be greatly missed, but he left such a legacy and mark on the technology he created that I think we’ll be able to continue following his dream.
Thanks for all your work Steve, I couldn’t do what I do without you.

My first apple product was the first generation iPod Nano…I was a sophomore in high school…since then I’ve gotten an iPod classic and a MBP, early 2011 release 🙂

An ipad, then a Macbook air, then an ipad 2 (when the ipad 1 broke). And I will probably buy an iphone when my contract is up for renewal now that they are on sprint. (All with in the last 2 years and I am close to 40)

Mine was an iPod, which mysteriously shut down by itself one day and has never worked again…so much for product quality…probably a one-off instance, but don’t think I’ll ever buy another apple product again.
I am probably the minority voice here, but to me apple products are overrated and overvalued.
But Steve was a creative genius no doubt, may God bless his soul and give him rest.

The first one I bought with my own money was the very first iMac though I had been working on a G3 tower at that point and before that macs through out school.
Quickly following I bought the first clamshell iBook….it was orange…
