Well that didn’t take long, did it?
Within 48 hours of its release, according to advertising company Chitika, Apple’s latest OS, Mountain Lion has been installed on 3.2% of Macs, or 2.24 million Mac computers based upon figures from their previous release.

They attribute part of this success to the low price point of $19.99 and its hard to disagree.
