Lumino City: A Handmade Paper Video Game

Lumino City: A Handmade Paper Video Game

December 26, 2014
by Eric Dye

I love all sorts of video gaming and genres, so when something totally new and awesome comes onto the scene, it really catches my eye.

This particular game, Lumino City, takes some awesome creative cues.

The game environment has been completely handmade from paper!

I don’t mean just designed—as in prototypes—but it is the actual backdrop of Lumino City.

Check it out:

Lumino City

This is such an amazing mix of a ‘stop-motion animation’ world, hand crafting—AH! So cool:

There’s no ‘pixel shaping’ here, no, these video game world edits were made with scissors and glue.

Grab more details—and the game—from Lumino City.
