Innovative.
Maybe a little overboard but honestly, faith lived out in business could do wonders for showing the day to day authenticity of Christians.
do you think they lose potential customers because of their overly-obvious spiritual bend?
Non-Christians absolutely not. Actually I would suspect they might
lose customers from those who find the humor to be unbecoming of the
church in not paying proper respect to Christian theology….
It's possible… I'm not Christian and in all honesty this did cross my mind. I haven't bought anything from them yet, but there are two compelling reasons to: profits go to charity, and it's cheaper. When I buy printer cartridges it'd be nice to have my money go to charities that help the needy, as opposed to HP…
But in the end I wouldn't be surprised if some people are less inclined to given the religious affiliation.
A few months ago, as an experiment, I tried not reading internet news for two weeks and instead buying a newspaper every morning. Ironically (at least to me), I read a story on these guys in the NYTimes:

whoa. thanks for htat!
I think they could lose customers for a variety of other reasons. "your one stop shop for printer ink, dog biscuits, and jelly."
kidding aside, it seems to be working for them.
laughter fills my office at the moment…
Very catchy. I think this is just plain marketing strategy. Well, we’d be thankful about our money going to charities but using religion to create a buzz about their store doesn’t sound good to me.
Are they for real? Funny though…
