The following video by Tom Scott isn’t coming for a typical church tech space. This is just a heads up: he might come across a little crude for some. That being said, the message of integrity in this video is inspiring. There are few places, even with church solutions sponsorships don’t feature. Thus integrity in sponsorships and technology is worth our attention.
We’ve preached over and over with ChurchMag how we need to have integrity in what we do. As church techies, the morality of things cannot be lost. In an environment with the Internet where ethics and morality are pithy comments and many times mocked, we need to uphold our beliefs in all we say and do.
While the video touched on integrity in sponsorships and technology I hope you were challenged. As you look to improve your church’s communication strategy, work with teenagers in your local ministry, or create a niche blog to get your message out there, don’t lose your integrity. This applies to some of us who develop all sorts of solutions and services for the church and non profits.
Don’t lose your integrity in the process.

A pertinent challenge Jeremy. My mind goes to some of us creating solutions for churches & non profits. It’s more than just what we do, it’s also about our witness. I guess it applies to every aspect of our lives to. Church tech / creatives or not.
